Terms And Conditions /Refund, Image Review & Delivery Policy

Digital Images: All digital image purchases are non-refundable.
Print Orders: Prints are non-refundable once they have been submitted to the lab for processing.
Exceptions (Photographer or Lab Error): In the event of an error caused by the photographer or printing lab, a reprint or reshoot will be offered. Partial refunds may be considered in these cases at the photographer’s discretion.
Image Review Period: Clients have 5 days from the delivery of digital images to review and report any issues.After 5 Days: After the 5-day review period, images will be sent to the lab for printing. At this point, reshoots and partial refunds will no longer be available
Digital Image Delivery:
Digital images will be delivered via email within 1–2 weeks after your session.
Print Orders (In-Person Pickup):
Prints will be ready for pickup within 3–4 weeks after picture day has concluded for all teams. If you select this option, you will be contacted by the league and our team with day, time and location to pick them up. You may contact our team if you're unable to pick them up on that day. Please ensure you pick up your photos before the season ends. If pictures aren't picked up within the time frame, our team will deliver your images to the home address you provided, and an invoice of $5 will be sent out via email.
Local Delivery: We offer local delivery for a $5 fee. Your order will be delivered directly by our team.
Shipping: Shipping is available for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.
